Pearlfinders' Services
All services provided by Pearlfinders to any User (or other third party) shall be governed by Pearlfinders' standard contracts and terms of business (copies of which are available from Pearlfinders on request) with such amendments thereto as are specifically accepted by Pearlfinders in writing.
Exclusion of Liability
Pearlfinders will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the Materials but Pearlfinders gives no warranties or representations of any nature as to the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of any of the Materials.
Likewise Pearlfinders gives no warranties or representations of any nature that the Site or the Materials (or the server that assists the User to access the Site) are or will remain free from any errors, virus or corrupting or harmful code, program or data or that the Site will be accessible at all times or that any access or use made of the Site will not be interrupted.
Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Pearlfinders' negligence, Pearlfinders shall not be liable to any User (or any third party) by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of these Terms and Conditions, for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for indirect or consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of Pearlfinders, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arises out of or in connection with the use of or reliance upon (or the inability for any reason to use) the Site or any of the Materials.
Use of the Materials
To make use of the services detailed in the Site and/or the Materials the User must make direct contact with Pearlfinders using its contact details listed in the Site.
No reference made on the Site to any product, process or service supplied by any third party shall imply Pearlfinders' recommendation or endorsement of either the relevant product, process or service of the provider thereof.
